Twisting crunches in bed – get rock solid abs in bed

Why make it complicated? Crunches is an excellent go-to exercise and if you want to spice them up you can make them twisted.

Lay on your back in bed and elevate your legs. Raise your upper body and turn to the left and meet your left knee with your elbow or hand. Keep you legs elevate and switch sides. Do as many as you can manage.

There’s no need to raise your upper body all that much. If you just get your shoulder off the sheets then that’s enough.

Buttocks stretch in bed (gluteus)

Stretches: Gluteus (your buttocks)

Put your leg on the bed so it’s angled 90 degrees to your body. Lean down on your leg so you feel the stretch in your buttocks. Keep the stretch for about 30 seconds on each side.

Leg spinners – Abs workout in bed

HOW: Lay flat on your back with your arms at your sides. Elevate your legs and draw basketballs in the air. Do a about 20 reps each way.

THEN, you can go to sleep!

This is a very effective workout which targets the lower part of your abs.
