Sleepwalker – Upper body workout in bed

Situation: In bed

HOW: Lift your head and arms slightly off the bed and tense your abs at the same time. This is a static exercise so just hold the position for as long as you can. Try counting to 50. If you managed that then either rest for a few seconds and do another set, or keep counting until you reach 100…or more.

The feeling as you relax after this exercise is unbeatable. You will feel totaly relaxed and can go to sleep knowing that you ended the day on a high note.

The Towel Pull – Upper arm workout in the kitchen

This simple static exercise can give your upper arms a real work-through if you put your heart into it.

Just grab a kitchen towel and hold it above your head while pulling to the sides as much as you can. Keep the tension for about 30 seconds or so before resting. Flip your egg, or whatever you are doing, and then go at it again.

Desk push-ups – arm workout at work

Push your chair away for 30 seconds and get some push-ups on. It’s not more difficult than that.

Just lean towards you desk and do as many push-ups as you can manage, or split them into two or three reps. Boom, You are on your way to some well toned sexy arms!
