Try to make the most of your TV time and get and abs workout in there while watching whatever soap that gets you going.
This workout is a bit easier if you have a couch with chaise since you then will have some more space, but a normal couch will do just fine.
Position yourself as close to the edge as possible with your legs elevated. Don’t jerk yourself up but but slowly roll up so you really can feel your abs working. Crunches don’t have to be very high so don’t try to go all the way up.Pin It
