Floating Feet – Abs and legs workout in the office

HOW: Lift your feet so they don’t touch the ground and tense your abs at the same time. Also try to lift your thighs slightly off the chair. Keep your feet elevated for as long as you can manage. Rest & repeat.

The great thing about this workout is that it’s very discreet and and you can do it pretty much everywhere when sitting down. Try it the next time you are in a meeting or just working in front of your desk.

At first it will feel easy but after a while your will feel that this is an effective exercise. Don’t forget to keep your abs tensed. It’s the key!

Couch Bike – Leg workout in the sofa

A good little Nano Workout you can do when kicking back in the sofa at home. You can also try to do it on a smaller chair e.g. at the office.

Lean back and rest on your elbows. Cycle with your legs for as long as you can. Take a rest and do another set..or two. Your abs will also get to work a bit in this exercise.

Lots of tasks in the kitchen involves standing still in one place for a period of time. This little exercise will help you workout your legs with minimal effort.

With slightly bent legs, stand up on the front of your feet. Tense your calves and keep your balance. Hold for as long as you can. Rest & repeat.
